I would prefer a 12-month contract but am open to negotiations for a shorter period.
The contract is standard and can be sent to you for review on request.
- A deposit of a full month’s rent is payable on signing the contract.
- Rent is payable at the beginning of each month or latest 3 days within the month.
- The deposit will be paid back to the tenant when the rental period expires. (if there are no damages incurred by the tenant)

Includes:
- Weekly garden service, mowing the lawn and turning the flower beds
- Curtains and blinds for all rooms
- 24/7 security
Excludes:
- Domestic worker weekly wage
- Electricity bill
